Fri, 27 Aug 2010 18:04:06 +0000 en hourly 1 http://wordpress.org/?v=3.0 http://www.pc-hq.net/2009/07/palm-pre-2/ http://www.pc-hq.net/2009/07/palm-pre-2/#comments Thu, 23 Jul 2009 17:30:32 +0000 Tony W. http://www.pc-hq.net/?p=251 I’m becoming very discouraged by the lack of software support on the Pre.  I believe that most of the delay on this deals with the fact that the developer program for the app catalog is still in closed beta.  I would love to be able to play around with it but in order to download, you have to fill out a questionnaire and be selected to participate.  One of the questions in particular is “what is your application you will be developing”.  Well, I don’t know since I really don’t know what the capabilities are of the WebOS or its SDK.  I think if Palm keeps holding back on the public release of the developer kit, they will lose too many customers…including their loyal ones.
